Welcome to The Diamond G Ranch
The Diamond G Ranch is a small family cattle ranch located in Elgin, Texas. We practice holistic management here to the best of our abilities. We strive to bring the best Grass Fed & Grass Finished Beef to our customers. We believe it's the best practice to know what inputs go into our foods as well as how our foods were raised. We learned the importance of these values from our ancestors who farmed and ranched in South Texas and we strive to keep their self sustainable way of life continuing today.
What are our operations?
We run a cow/calf operation here at the Diamond G. We treat our animals with dignity and respect and try to give them the best most humane life possible. We process our animals and package them under our USDA Label.
What can we offer?
We currently offer 100% Grass Fed & Grass Finished Beef in a variety of standard consumer cuts. All meats are cut, vacuum sealed and labeled under our USDA Label: Pasture raised Grass fed beef with minimum 365 day Grass finish out. Raised without the use of Antibiotics or added Hormones.

Banjo the horse of course!
